Question 1

What’s the process for reserving one of your puppies?

Accepted Answer

Start by reaching out so we can make sure one of our puppies is the right fit for your family. You can reserve an available puppy or join the waitlist for an upcoming litter. For waitlist reservations, your deposit is held until pregnancy is confirmed, and then you can choose to continue or request a refund. For available puppies, the deposit secures your puppy until go-home day.

Question 2

Where are you located and do you work with out-of-state families?

Accepted Answer

We are a small, family breeder based in Desloge, Missouri, serving families across Missouri, St. Louis, and the Midwest. We welcome local pickup and also work with many out-of-state families through transport and flight nanny options.

Question 3

What comes with my puppy when they go home?

Accepted Answer

Every puppy goes home with:
Veterinary health exam & records
Age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming
Health guarantee
Starter food and a familiar-scented toy/blanket
Lifetime breeder support from The Douglas Dudes & Dudettes
Parents are health-tested through Embark, and all puppies are raised in our home, not in kennels.

Question 4

When will my puppy be ready to come home?

Accepted Answer

Your puppy will go home at 8 weeks old. That gives them time for weaning, early socialization, and a solid little foundation before they head off to their new family adventure.

Question 5

Do you offer delivery or transport for your puppies?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer:
Local pickup in Desloge, MO
Ground delivery within reasonable driving distance
Flight nanny services for families who cannot travel
We will help you choose the safest, least stressful option for your puppy.

Question 6

How much are your mini poodle, toy poodle, and Aussiedoodle puppies?

Accepted Answer

Pricing depends on breed, size, color, and structure. Merle and rare colors may be priced differently. Current prices for available mini poodle puppies, toy poodle puppies, and Aussiedoodle puppies for sale are always listed on this page or provided upon request.

Question 7

What health protections come with your puppies?

Accepted Answer

Yes — your puppy comes with a written health guarantee, a veterinary exam, and proof of parental genetic testing through Embark. We take health seriously because you deserve peace of mind, not guesswork.

Question 8

What kind of training and socialization do puppies receive?

Accepted Answer

Puppies are raised in our home with daily handling and early exposure to household sights and sounds. We use early curriculum such as ENS/ESI, early crate introduction, and basic potty foundations, so your puppy has a confident start before leaving Missouri.

Question 9

Which of your puppies are a better fit for allergy-sensitive families?

Accepted Answer

Our mini poodles and toy poodles are generally a great choice if you’re looking for a low-shedding breed. Aussiedoodles can also be low-to-non-shedding, depending on coat type and generation. If allergies are a concern, we’re happy to help you think through the best fit for your home.

Question 10

Do you offer breeding rights?

Accepted Answer

Breeding rights are considered on a case-by-case basis and require prior approval. Puppies sold as pets are placed on a strict spay/neuter agreement to support responsible, ethical breeding.
